  • I have tried installing and uninstalling the games many times and it even locks up my pocketPC and I have to do a hard reset! Help!

    Answer: The reason for this is also because you do not have the Macromedia Flash Player version 5.0. Depending on your device model, either this will happen or the above scenario will. Therefore it is strongly recommended you download and install the Macromedia Flash Player version 5.0

    Check to make sure you have the Macromedia Flash
    Player version 5.0 installed on your PocketPC.

 

  • I have installed the games and played it. I have got the top scores in the HALL OF FAME. However when I started the games again and check the high scores, my scores are not saved! Why is this so?

    Answer: In order for the high scores to be saved to your pocketPC, you will need to enable the cookies feature in your Pocket Internet Explorer (PIE) settings.
    Step 1) Start your PIE, and tap on Tools >> Options..
    Step 2) Make sure you check the Allow cookies check box.

    After this has been done, you can now save you high scores!

    Step 1) Tap on Tools followed by Options


    Step 2) Make sure you check the Allow cookies check box

 

  • Monkey Menace has the save game feature but I cannot save the game! What's wrong?

    Answer: The save game feature of Monkey Menace works the same way as the high scores features in the other games. In order for the save game feature to work, you will need to enable the cookies feature in your Pocket Internet Explorer (PIE) settings as explained above.

    After this has been done, you can now save your game.

Animated Themes FAQ
  • I downloaded the animated themes but I can't see anything!
   You need to put the .tsk file into your My Documents folder on your pocket PC.
     
  • I have switched my pocket PC themes to the animated themes but all I see on the Today screen are just blank! Is there something wrong?
  

This happens because of 2 things:

  1. You have not installed the Macromedia Flash Player for Pocket PC version 5.0 or higher (you can download it by click this link)
  2. If you have installed the Flash player but still the screen appears blank, this is because you have not installed the Animated Today 2002. You can download it from Gigabyte Solutions

Once these has been installed, you should now be able to see the animated themes on your Today screen. Enjoy!
